Yes. We have bait stations located approx. 50 feet apart around the perimeter of the storage facility.

Yes. It is a wise practice to rodent proof your RV or other item(s). Be sure to remove any food items that might attract pests.

Options are to use Bounce sheets and/or Irish Spring soap shavings in plastic tubs to discourage rodents.

As well, there are many rodent specific deterents sold at RV Stores or hardware stores.

All boats, trailers, RVs, motorhomes, and vehicles stored at our facility are stored at the owner's sole risk. Customers are responsible for maintaining adequate insurance coverage for their property while it is in storage. Our facility does not insure stored vehicles, boats, trailers, or their contents and assumes no liability for theft, vandalism, fire, weather-related damage, acts of nature, or other losses. We strongly recommend that all customers confirm their coverage with their insurance provider prior to storage.

The property is monitored by 24-hour video surveillance. Video surveillance is intended to enhance the security of the premises and does not guarantee the prevention or detection of theft, vandalism, damage, or other incidents. Customers do not have direct access to surveillance recordings. Management may review recordings in response to reported incidents and may disclose footage to law enforcement or other authorized parties where legally permitted or required.
